Mr. Saadat Yar Khan

Mr. Saadat Yar Khan is the Managing Partner of YKC Legal, having taken over the firm in 1999 from its founder, the late Mr. Justice R. Ibadat Yar Khan. An Advocate of the Supreme Court of Pakistan and an Accredited Mediator, he has dedicated over two decades to advancing the firm's reputation for excellence and integrity.

With 23 years of legal experience and 18 years at the bar as Independent Counsel, Mr. Saadat Yar Khan brings deep expertise across a broad range of practice areas. He has represented clients in complex commercial disputes, taxation matters, public utility litigation, and Board of Revenue proceedings, consistently delivering results that reflect the firm's founding values.

His particular expertise encompasses legal consultation and advisory, vetting of commercial agreements, Sales Tax cases under the Sales Tax Act 1990, litigation in public utility services, and Board of Revenue (BoR) queries.
